Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Timesheet and payroll management.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance report.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating feedback and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
  • Handle all aspects of bench sales, including job posting, email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and follow-ups to maximize consultant placements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
  • 1+years of experience in bench sales or recruiting, with a strong understanding of UK healthcare and -recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command on professional English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
